Mr. Murthy is one of the key architects in envisioning the growth and expansion of the company since inception. Over the past three decades, he has been instrumental in transforming the company from a single product becoming one of the leaders in the specialty and fine chemicals. His visionary leadership has helped the company to consolidate its position in the global markets, and helped it steer towards manufacturing excellence. Mr. Murthy holds a postgraduate degree in Management.
Mrs. Ch. Manjula
Non-Executive Director
Mrs. Manjula Cherukuri is one of the promoters of the Company and she has been a guide and support to the organization for last three decades with her rich organization skills in various fields. She plays a pivotal role in welfare policies of the company. She keenly believes in serving the community and made a significant contribution in spheres of education, health and rural development through a philanthropic trust “Krishna Foundation” where she is a founder trustee.
Ch. Siddartha
Joint Managing Director
Mr. Siddartha leads strategy and international marketing efforts of the company. He works closely with sales and supply chain teams to ensure growth is in line with goals of the company. Siddartha holds a bachelors degree in Industrial Biotechnology and has a masters in business management from the United States.
SITA VANKA
Independent Director
Dr. Sita Vanka (DIN: 07016012) is currently a Professor at the School of Management Studies, University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad, India. Prior to that, she served as the Dean of the School of Management Studies for the years 2012 – 2015. She also served on the Board of APIIC, a Public Sector undertaking during the years 2012 – 2014 on behalf of the University. She is a member in several National bodies for accreditation and a subject expert in India – NAAC, AMDISA, NBA, UGC, AICTE, UPSC, DRDO, CSIR, etc., She won several awards in academia both in India and International. She has also held position as Independent Director at Pennar Industries.

Mr. Naga Bhushan Bhagwati (DIN: 01564347) is a Commerce Graduate and Chartered Accountant with a rich experience of over 3 decades in techno-economic viability studies, preparation of project reports, corporate law, financial modelling, business consultancy and system implementation. He is the founder partner of a 33 year old Chartered Accountant firm in Hyderabad. He is also an Insolvency Professional practicing since 2017 and has handled many critical insolvent companies, resolution plans and corporate restructuring. He is a member of various professional bodies namely Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India, Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of ICAI and Member of Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs.
SRIVARI CHANDRASEKHAR

(Specialization in Organic Chemistry) in 1985 from Osmania University, and Ph.D (in Chemistry, work at IICT) in 1991 from Osmania University under mentorship of Dr. A. V.Rama Rao. An internationally recognised research leader in organic chemistry with over 26 years of rich experience. Known for building an interface between academia and industry. Led, developed and nurtured talent across disciplines. He was Secretary to Govt. of India, Department of Science & Technology (Dec 2021 – Jul 2023), Director, CSIR – Indian Institute of Chemical Technology, Hyderabad (Jul 2015 – Nov 2021), Additional charge as Director, CSIR – National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (CSIR-NEERI), Nagpur (Apr 2021 – Nov 2021), Mentor Director, National Institute of Pharmaceutical and Educational Research (NIPER), Hyderabad (June 2015 – June 2018), Additional charge as Director, CSIR – National Geophysical Research Institute (CSIR-NGRI), Hyderabad (Feb 2016 – July 2016), Director, Indo-French Joint Laboratory and IICT – RMIT (Australia) Joint Laboratory.
